About Me.
BA Student in Film Production
I am a second-year student at the University of the Arts Bournemouth Film Production BA course seeking experience in the film industry. I’m available from Saturday 28th June 2025 till 22 September for any type of work experience or any other opportunity. I’m happy to travel anywhere in the UK. I’m also happy to do anything, whether it’s setting up lighting, making tea or just being an extra pair of hands.
I’ve worked on several student films including a large-scale grad film. At school and in sixth form I was involved in producing/shooting films - including for my Film Studies GCSE and A level. At university I’ve gained practical experience in the camera department as a camera operator, gaffer, spark and 1st AC. I’ve been involved in filming in a studio and on location, including working on council owned land with all the restrictions that involved.
I’m the kind of person who can turn their hand to pretty much anything. I’m a quick learner, reliable and get on with people.

Skills
I’m inducted on and have practical experience with a wide variety of cameras and grip equipment, including the use of 16mm film stock cameras, dollys, gibs and an easy-rig camera operating harness.
I’ve been undertaking the cinematography section of the AUB film production course for two years, so I have both practical/technical experience and knowledge when it comes to composition, camera operating and lighting.
I’m a great team player, often working within both small and large groups- both with the camera team and the crew of a film at large.
I have experience with both scripted and storyboarded shoots, as well as unscripted non-fiction filmmaking
Past employment history
From the age of 14 I was employed as a dance instructor by MF Dance
From age 16 till present, I have worked as a sales assistant for Pets Corner at various branches in Berkshire. I’ve learned a lot dealing with customers (2 and 4 legged), being in a team and being given extra responsibilities, such as cashing up.
Aged 18 I also worked for a bar in Newbury called The Bakers Lounge which

I played rugby for school, was in CCF (I could strip down a rifle in under 5 minutes aged 15) achieved grade 5 piano and generally had a great time
Interests
I follow The Clippers basketball team, love cooking, watching films (of course) improving my basketball skills and hanging out with my mates. I was captain of Hungerford RFC under 16 team. I also have a clean UK driving license.
